This is the Refund Policy (“Policy”) of WealthStatus Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of India (“Company”). When we say "WealthStatus," "our," "we," or "us," we’re talking about WealthStatus Technologies Pvt. Ltd. When we say "you", "yours", we're talking about users who are using and paying for our services.
WealthStatus refund policy is as follows:
After unlocking a record for unclaimed money, you have 5 calendar days to report any discrepancies in it.
You must provide your email and mobile number using which the transaction was performed.
The unclaimed record information you are unlocking is based upon the data you have provided while performing search. We are not responsible whatsoever if you unlock a record that is not relevant to you.
If you deem that the information we provided while you unlocked a record is not accurate, you can ask for refund subjective of you providing below details and us validating and approving it.
- Your full name
- Your registered email address
- Your mobile number
- Exact details used to search a record. This will include but is not limited to Investor's name, Father/Husband name and/or Address.
- Reason for you to believe this to be inaccurate.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
If there is any transaction failure as a result of which money gets deducted from your account, we will initiate refund your money within 2 business days.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
